This agreement is between you (or your organization) and Filipow Associates Inc. It governs your access to the Filipow Associates online portal (the “Service”) — a web application for viewing inspection reports, managing equipment records, and receiving invoices. By using the Service you accept these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at info@filipow.ca.
Inspection reports and all content delivered through the Service are owned by Filipow Associates Inc. Nothing in this agreement transfers any ownership rights to you. You may use reports for your own compliance and regulatory purposes, but may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. On deletion, your access to the portal ceases. Previously issued reports remain available to you upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Filipow Associates Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
